The fast runs are gone. What is left opens slowly: bar 1 is E and G together, then C and E, a beat each, while the left hand holds E and G. The right hand plays in thirds, and the top note of each pair is the tune.
The left hand moves even less. In bars 1 to 4 it holds one pair of notes per half bar: E and G, then F and Aā, then E and G, then D and F. From bar 5 it thickens to three-note chords. If you would rather play from chords, the four most likely to fit are C, F, G and Am.
One page covers it.
