Welcome to Chordzy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Chordzy’s website, applications, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using Chordzy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation details will be provided during signup. You authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method accordingly.

All content provided by Chordzy, including music sheets, audio, logos, and software, is the property of Chordzy or its licensors. You may not reproduce or create derivative works unless explicitly permitted.

You may upload or create musical content using Chordzy. By doing so, you grant Chordzy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content solely for operating and improving the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Chordzy at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Chordzy is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chordzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
