A sight-reading phrase with a highlighted note

0 / 20 0 first-answer correct 0 notes/min

A short phrase is written on the staff. One note is highlighted. Name it with the letter buttons. Accidentals appear when the phrase uses them. Twenty first answers complete a round. Speed is a description, not a countdown. A stage clears at ninety percent first-answer accuracy.

Stages move from treble naturals to bass, mixed clefs and ledger lines, accidentals, key signatures up to two sharps or flats, then named chord tones in short written chords. Wrong answers show the spelling and a short explanation; you may correct them, but the first answer is the one that is graded.

Example: a note on the second line of the treble staff, no accidental, in C major. The letter is G. Press G, then the next note appears.
